Thank you for shopping at Minted Reserve. We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window We accept return requests within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • In original condition with all tags still attached
  • Free from perfume, deodorant, or any other scents
  • In original packaging where applicable

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2-3 business days with further instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Restocking Fee All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus the 15% restocking fee. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Drakestanton21@gmail.comwith a photo of the item and your order number. We will make it right at no cost to you, including covering return shipping.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, please return your original item (subject to the return policy above) and place a new order.
